My Metro

It has been sad to see the way the Metro app and related collateral marketing support has went. Failure to let customers know about a radical change. The loss of Airmiles. Failure to ensure staff are brought up to speed on changes in a timely way that actually makes it look like a plan. Ot looks rudderless now. The fumbling of some new but largely unknown substitute. Please consider an honest to goodness overhaul. Leadership has repeatedly dropped the ball on this. In most companys that would mean a change.

Unable to sign in… endless loop of “Your session has expired please try again after logging in.” Can’t even enter credentials because message pops up again as soon as you clear with ok.

I've had a frustrating experience with this app. After entering my postal code, it consistently shows store locations that are nowhere near me. The suggested locations are completely irrelevant and not even close. Needs fixing.

Bonjour je suis incapable d’accéder à l’appli depuis mercredi. On me demande de me connecter mais on me ramène à la page Bienvenue chez Métro. J’utilise un iPhone XR version IOS 17.5.1.

Since the update sign in then it expired have to delete app down load still signed out after 10 plus deletes you might get lucky and be able to sign in again Metro mush be loosing thousands of people with the frustration this is causing.

L’application ne fonctionne pas depuis quelques jours. Impossible de télécharger les coupons et personne ne semble capable de m’aider

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on part toujours dans des trip d’animation inutile. Depuis que vous mettez de l’animation (qui ne sert a rien) dansla circulaire, elle bug constamment. Elle se « refresh » on me peut plus la consulter correctement. Revenez donc a une circulaire statique, facile et agréable a consulter. Arretez de vouloir faire une pizza all-dressed d’animation. Less is more. On dirait que c’est le trip de quelqu’un qui essaie de montrer TOUT ce qu’il sait faire dans un seul endroit.

Incapable de me reconnecter à mon compte ça dit toujours que mon compte est expiré et je suis incapable de faire disparaître la fenetre en cliquant sur ok. C’est vraiment frustrant !

I can’t even look in the app just to see what groceries they have. Am forced to sign up and hand over all my info first and then I had to apply for a moidil which it refuses to give me! I give a rating of 1 because there is no option for a minus 5.

Always crashing even if you restart it, not user friendly at all.
