Despite their policy stating that membership would automatically cancel in such situations, I noticed I was still being charged. It is extremely disappointing that, even after a total loss, the membership wasn’t canceled as expected. Then the chargers weren’t showing up on the map. Starting to charge was a total disaster with a swipe that was not working. And to top it all, I was charged about $65 for 30KW of power more than $2 per KW. No notification of charging starting or finishing. No invoice, no receipt. And after hours on the phone I am told that NRMA charges $1 per minute for idle time after charge 🤯 but you are not notified of the charge ending so you have to be in the car closely watching the charge percentage and immediately unplug and drive away 🤦‍♂️ otherwise they will overcharge .
