I think the faulty notifications can be confusing(mixing up the days), but to me it works well enough as a reminder. Additionally, I think it could be beneficial to have more options with the notifications. For example, it would be helpful to get a nightly and morning reminder or even twice a night. Of course it would be nice if it could be up to the user because it is all preference.
