Please fix whatever is stopping us from logging in. The website and app for RCH PORTAL are not working. I need to access information urgently.

Needs update that doesn’t exist pls fix so we can all access important information

Unable to update the app and am locked out of both my sons accounts who have several up coming appointments including surgery. Can’t access appointment information or results. Unacceptable. 😡

Can’t log in app no longer working it keeps saying it needs an update but when you try it can’t connect to App Store. I have deleted the app and reinstalled several times but still having the same issue. Please fix this quick!

Im having the exact same Problem as the person above How can I update this app if it doesn’t give me the option too

Cannot log in anymore. Says needs to update yet there is no update. Please fix I have 3 kids appts I need to keep up with

I’m caught in an update loop that doesn’t exist so can’t log in - same as the other people

I also can’t log in as it says I need to update app, then you go to update and there is nothing new to update...fix this immediately as I need to check appointments etc for my family

I’m having the same issue as everyone else in regards to the app. If you are wanting to check your child’s information and results try the RCH child portal website, I was able to log in via the website instead of using the app
