I recently switched to Simba, hoping for a reliable service, but I have to say, I'm thoroughly disappointed. The network coverage is abysmal, especially in expressway tunnels where I expect to stay connected. It's frustrating to lose signal completely while driving through tunnels, especially when I rely on my phone for navigation and communication.

In contrast, the other telcos have no such issues. They seamlessly maintain their connections, even in the most challenging spots. It’s disappointing and a let down that in this day and age, Simba can't provide basic service in areas where it’s most needed.

I would not recommend Simba, especially those who frequently drive through tunnels or rely on consistent connectivity. Save yourself the frustration and go with a telco that actually delivers on their promises!

Just bought e-sim 200GB package that stated 7GB Data roaming . When read contract stated only 2GB instead . Given QR code to activate it is faulty . Repeat send e-mail to support team no reply and flying off oversea next day can’t use it . So frustrating 😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

I have been using SIMBA for two years, but it’s time to move on from this Telco.

Although the price point is really good (which was the main reason why I ported over to SIMBA in the first place), the data coverage for SIMBA is extremely poor. There’s way too many poor connection spots in Singapore. Instead of 5G, I always end up with LTE in many places in Singapore. I will give an extra star because overseas coverage was OK as I had OK coverage in Malaysia, Thailand and a few other countries around the world. However, If I’m paying for 5G but cannot fully utilise it due to poor connectivity, what’s the point? 

I’d recommend to reconsider going with this Telco even if the “value for money” can be tempting.

~ simple and straightforward in whatever perks

~ coverage in loca and oversea are seamless except in mountainous areas abit lag but still connectable and useable. Is a WoW

~ constant giving simba users awesomely fantastic surprises with their upsize data.  

Once simba sends sms to mi, always a good News coming kind. Upsize this or that. 

Simba is really stands in the position as an end user POV of what user needs in daily life. What users heart yearn with an affordable price during such high crazy inflation with big data size.

I am traveling in China but unfortunately, my iPhone 8 Plus can’t connect/no service to any of China Telcos networks. As a result, no roaming services that I can access to many apps in my iPhone since 1 October till now 16 October. When I feedback to customer services, they said I have data usage… that’s I use my China’s friend hp to communicate with SIMBA customer support…. I can’t access to my WhatsApp, LINE, YouTube and many apps….
