Experience with original version is generally smooth but now why suddenly changed to login using email? I bought the card at a retail store. Don’t even remember i have an email account linked to this card. Now i have absolutely no idea how to top up for my sim card any more. Time to switch to other providers then.

Have been used the old app for many years. Suddenly change without any of notifications. And not able to register through email. What a poor app! If you want to switch app, at least ensure it is working or slowly migrate to the new App, while keep the old app to guide/inform users about this new migration!

When I purchased the SIM card in one of the SIMBA store, never ask me to provide my email address, now I stuck!!

Why even create a new app. I’m seriously done with SIMBA. Your network coverage suckss and now your new app makes things even worst. Using email to login! On what world do you think this is better. You don’t even check your own product. Have you tried logging on using your phone number. Do you see how fast, simple and efficient that process is. I’m just done. I’m moving to StarHub
