Trying to register and all I get is error messages with no explanation as to why the error occurs. Is it me, or is it the app?! tell me why so I can do something about it!

I loved this app but now it doesn’t allow you to top up other Tesco mobile users. This is very frustrating as I have family members who are using tesco but don’t have the option to download the app. Please add this back in asap! Terrible!

After a recent update app lost functionally to top up other numbers. Big downgrade if you have to top up your spouse, kids etc as now you have to log out and back in for each separate phone number you are topping up.

The minor changes to the App that eats your credit even when mobile data is switched off and no longer supports we text might include that it crashes completely on launch and refuses to login on reset. Yes a true Tesco product that must make the managers proud and the consumer  mugs.

I gave a bill phone, when I know I’m going to use extra data I can buy a data add-on from the app. 
The add-ons are reoccurring and you can’t cancel them within the app. It throws an error. 

It seems like a deliberate ploy to keep charging you additional money and making it very hard to cancel the add-ons.
