My Viasat

They give you a list of devices on your internet but will not tell you what they are. They force you to try to look up every one by a MAC address which is nearly impossible to find every one. In plain ENGLISH tell us which of our devices are being used for data !! Truth in advertising is a right. I guess you need to contact the FCC for an answer to a simple problem !! They will find out why we are being denied this information!!

Ok I have had this internet company for about 3 years now. I haven’t had any major problems with my internet or the company it’s self. They are very quick to fix any issues that do arise, being general maintenance of the satellite equipment, or if they need to reboot my system for weather related issues. They are all very respectful. I pay $99 a month for unlimited high speed, and don’t deal with slow speeds at all. I don’t know if I just have a good area, but I definitely would recommend getting this company

Worst internet ever. Extremely slow download times for “high speed internet” can’t stream movies. Awful

The myViasat app does not work with my iPhone 12, 17.4.1

I made my payment and the have tried running my card 3 more times! I was lied to about the cost also and when you complain to customer service they are concurrently oblivious to what your talking about!

Absolutely terrible in every aspect, extremely expensive for absolutely garbage internet speed, low high speed data amounts, and the most incompetent customer service agents I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’m a cool, calm, and collected guy, but I can only take so much incompetence. Constant problems with billing and being overcharged. Worst internet company I’ve ever had by FAR. Look into other options, save money and get better results all around.

My viashield app always says my tv is using data when it is NOT connected It also had 3 extra devices using data that I do not have I changed the password and they were removed but that same night I had another unknown device using my data. I run out of data 2-3 weeks into my monthly billing cycle and refuse to purchase more data. As soon as another company is available in my neighborhood I am leaving this company! I better stop now or I may run out of data!!

I have had this internet company and they keep upping their prices but not the equipment.

It USED to show if your connection was up. Now they don't. I can't even reboot the modem remotely or see its status. Just terrible in that respect. You can see billing and usage in the app so they get 2 stars for that I guess.

Terrible terrible terrible they lied to me said I was going to be paying $80 a month it’s $119 and they didn’t tell me that I was a gonna be limited onto what I could get they didn’t tell me that I was going to get so much data and then after the data I get crap I’m gonna be looking for another company. Hopefully they’re not as evil as this company is stealing from senior citizens.
