Stay on top of your plan or prepaid service with My Vodafone. View and pay bills, recharge your prepaid service, check your usage and update your account settings. Choose from multiple payment options on eligible purchases such as  credit/debit card, voucher, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Alipay.

The features of the app are subject to change. The app is free but download charges apply for downloading from the App Store. Non Vodafone customers can download the app however data charges will apply as per your plan rate. When accessing the app overseas, international roaming charges will apply. When on Wi-Fi, My Vodafone may not continuously update if you’ve logged out of the app.

The circle of  death just keeps spinning telling me ‘We’re almost there’

App doesn’t even open just leaves you frozen on a blank screen, conveniently the app is the only way you can chat with a staff member. When the app is working, the chat bot never connects you to a real person, so you’re left in limbo. Hard work

This is quite literally the first time in years i’ve thought to write a review for a damn app, and the fact it’s for a major service provider is ridiculous, the fact you can’t even hit “continue” after typing in a verification code because the keyboard isn’t able to be shut or moved after typing in said verification code is insane to me??? Fix your damn app.

Every time I open the app it registers it as the first time. Send a verification link then I need to set up Face ID… open the app the next day I need to set it up again. 

The app is so  unnecessarily overly simplified and “sleek” it’s almost unusable… 

Regret signing a 2 year contract with Vodafone. Will definitely be changing providers.

Couldn’t think of a good thing about this app if I tried after years of attempted use it had never functional.
App gives me the option to turn on Face ID every single time I log on but never actually uses that a function to log in. Requires 2 factor authentication via text but without fail the first link I receive never works and requires a second link. 
Just now went on the app to find absolutely nothing on it. 
Vodafone offers great services for customers but when it comes to the app lacks so much, which is a shame as it could be so much more useful.

dear Vodafone; since early 2024, iPads with cellular *only* have eSIM (no physical SIM). My new 2024 cellular iPad with eSIM was setup on a Vodafone mobile data plan at Vodafone store 2 days ago but now when I try to login to check my usage, the app/website requires a 2-factor SMS code which is sent to my iPad eSIM.. Hello Vodafone, do you know that iPad with eSim has *NO WAY* to receive an SMS code from Vodafone. So I have NO WAY to check my usage or transact on my account unless I can receive Vodafone SMS code, which my eSim iPad can never do. You need to fix this Urgently!! If you don’t give me a method to check my usage then I’m going to check if this is in breach of Telecommunications law in Australia.

It’s been 4years finally I can recharge via the app.
So I look at the new updated recharge list and once it reaches the $55 recharge it has no means to select that option.

Seriously. Every time I try to use it I have to reauthorise face recognition. Every time I want to go to a new page or a new part of my account, I have to put in my PIN. Even though I've approved facial recognition. Oh, and I can put my PIN in, but I can't go any further anyway, as the "enter" button is at the bottom of the page and covered by the key pad, which pops up to enter your PIN but can't be minimised. It couldn't be any less useful if they designed it that way - though maybe then SOMEthing would work. 
I just hope my information is as secure from everybody else as it is from me.

I think this is the only app I know that makes me jump through hoops and do cartwheels just to log in. Super inconvenient, been with vodafone for years now and they still haven't fixed this issue so I'm leaving for another provider with a better app 👍🏻
