My Vodafone (UK)

Tried the battery refresh tool couple of time, did reset the app like the advisor said and did drain my battery for nothing because your app does give an error in the end of the test. Lost connection. My broadband is from Vodafone aswell and the data is on aswell and nothing worked. Fix your stuff guys !

I'm logged in and when I want to do select anything like viewing bills or usage or upgrade options it makes you login again and again, and when you try it says "Ops something went wrong, your registered device details is not found in your cache". I'm already logged into the app! It's clearly redirecting you within the app to different Vodafone websites and hence making you login each time all with the same access details. One app should be one app!! Can't believe a company with these resources can build something so hopeless, fragmented and disconnected. Frustrated by a terrible user experience.

I contact so many times for my proof of barring and when i call they’re not educated they don’t know about this, and when i say i want to put a complaint then the lady say we’re not registering your complaint, over manager will call you in 24 hours, really bad service i didn’t recommend to any one to use.

Impossible to find account updates from website. Get into a closed loop. Can’t insert nick name. Very disappointed with Vodafone

The app is fine and gives me my billing and other info but when I try to use the Tobi button it just says something went wrong and directs me back to the app?? Update: Tobi now working but nothing special done. Just cured itself after umpteen app closes and restarts.

I lost my SIM card after I moved overseas. Given that my old address in the UK is no longer for me. They insist that I should go back to the UK to obtain a new SIM card. I offered them to enter my passwords and pins and any thing they ask for including to send an email to my registered email.
