Mit der My-WebID-App führen Sie jede Identifizierung – mit Video, Onlinebanking, Ausweisfotos, digitaler Identität oder eID-Funktion – in wenigen Schritten durch. 

1. App herunterladen 2. Anweisungen folgen 3. TAN eingeben – fertig. Genauso einfach erfolgt Ihre rechtsgültige elektronische Unterschrift mit E-Signatur.

Die My-WebID-App benötigt nur eine Berechtigung für die Kamera.

Tipps:
• Sorgen Sie für eine stabile Internetverbindung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. WLAN ist besser als mobile Daten.
• Eine gute Beleuchtung hilft bei der Erkennung des Ausweises.
• Das Ausweisdokument sollte sauber und unbeschädigt sein, und nicht von Ihrer Hand verdeckt werden.

Die erste Kollegin hat das Gespräch abgebrochen ohne auf die Eingabe der TAN zu warten. Der 2. Mitarbeiter hat den Auftrag übernommen und die TAN verspätet zugesendet, zwar konnte die Bearbeitung abgeschlossen werden jedoch verzögert. Ich hoffe das alles mit rechten Dinge gelaufen ist.
