Can somebody help me change from one YMCA to another. I can’t get past the drop down menu for selecting my y….only one option and it’s not the one I have a membership for…looking for support with the app designer just leads to pages describing how wonderful they are

Since there are so many YMCA apps available to download, it would be good for the developer to list the communities this particular app serves, as there is no description in either the title or app description box of which YMCAs' this app is providing services to.

Trying to book times but it constantly says I have no active membership despite the fact that I do and am logged into the correct account. Frustrating app.

Your developer is incompetent and you need a new one for this app! Just about anyone could take this project on and have a more usable app as a result. Pitiful and frustrating to use. There are more errors and issues with this app. The front desk staff at my YMCA even call the app a “nightmare”. Do everyone a favour and fire the developer.

Honestly it barely works. Constantly says I have notifications but when I click notifications it says I have none. Checking the schedules and programs it says there are no classes available but if I search the classes individually they are there. The reserve button works ~sometimes~. There’s obviously no money put into this app actually being useable because it is not. Don’t waste your time, call ahead.

The app was very easy to grasp and book for everything besides swimming!

Becomes inoperative when I enter my name and password on phone and tablet.
