Ik kan al maanden niet meer inloggen via de app op mijn GSM maar ook niet rechtstreeks op de site van de PC. Al meermaals contact genomen en nog steeds geen oplossing ! Onverstaanbaar dat het zo lang duurt en dat ik moet vastellen dat probleem al langer bestaat volgens de reviews.

I haven’t, after a few months, still managed to understand any positive function on this app.
You are always just directed to the website and not even my files are linked.

Also I have updated my info, and I know from contacting alternative assistance services that is now correct in the system, but still my personal info remain wrong on the app.
Not worth taking the space on my phone.

Absoluut nutteloze applicatie, elke functie verwijst gewoon door naar de website. 
Maar bon, er wordt nu toch ook een app aangeboden. Belachelijk. Doe het goed of doe het niet.

After logging in - you still access all your data via Safari browser... so this is not an app but a wrapper instead. Very much useless, cant believe AG actually payed for "developing" this... instead every used can just make a Safari shortcut on homescreen and use that instead... 
To devs - this is constructive feedback to actually make an app, not a Safari PWA...

Echt dit is 1 van de slechte app die ik ben tegengekomen! Ik moet dit gebruiken van mijn werk dus kheb geen ander keuze!! Als een tester zelf kan ik zeggen dat ik mijn aangiftes niet direct kan aanklikken of zien!! Hebben jullie geen designers of testers die dit hebben gezien of product owners!! Halloo?? Je préférais de loin l’ancienne version. J’ai été invitée à faire la mise à jour ce 15/7. Nous n’avons plus la possibilité de voir les décomptes (remboursements). De plus, les remboursements prennent beaucoup plus de temps qu’auparavant. Avant, je pouvais espérer être remboursée dans le mois. Ici, le délai est multiplié par 2, voire par 3. Je ne suis pas satisfaite du tout. Les factures, elles, continuent à arriver.

Bij een kapotte telefoon is het onmogelijk om de app opnieuw te activeren op de nieuwe telefoon met de login gegevens. Je kan helemaal opnieuw beginnen met mails sturen codes ontvangen voor ieder gezinslid etc.

The app doesn’t open/work The website doesn’t work I contacted the customer support team, apparently everything is fine… I tried to call them, I had to wait 30minutes before someone picked up (very friendly person). Their solution : send again an email to customer support team… Useless

Update 24/01: I indeed contacted several time the support. I am in contact with them since November 2022… still not solved because the “problem is a little bit more complicated than expected”

Je ne laisse jamais d’avis mais la je suis forcé de le faire tellement l’application est désastreuse, pas ergonomique et ne fonctionne pas comme prévu !! C’est lamentable d’avoir un niveau de qualité si bas, j’ai un excellent téléphone et pourtant une fois sur deux les cliques ne sont pas pris en compte, quand je clique sur le bouton back ça quitte carrément l’application et je dois tuer l’application et me reconnecter de nouveau, en terme d’ergonomie c’est 0 !!! Jamais vu un tel niveau de médiocrité. Avec tout l’argent que vous prenez vous pourrez faire un petit effort. Et je n’ai pas cité tous les problèmes rencontrés avec l’application. 
Pitoyable…  

I never leave a review but I'm forced to do so because the application is disastrous, not ergonomic and does not work as expected! It's pathetic to have such a low level of quality, I have an excellent phone and yet one out of two clicks are not taken into account, when I click on the back button it quits the application altogether and I have to kill the application and reconnect again, in terms of ergonomics it's 0 !!! Never seen such a level of mediocrity. With all the money you take you can make a little effort. And I didn't mention all the problems encountered with the application.

The app is extremely slow, does not show the and status of your claims. As it often takes multiple weeks for AG to handle a claim the status overview would be helpful. Also the information section just links to an incomplete Web page which only displays part of your plan.

Op iPad Air gen4 werkt het niet. De applicatie opent en sluit onmiddellijk bij het proberen inloggen. Waardeloos zo. Ik ben niet de eerste met dit probleem, dus dat dit nog altijd bestaat, is geen goed teken voor het bedrijf / de ontwikkelaars…
