I can’t open AIS app. (This trouble since January 24)

I can’t open apps on iPhone xr.There is a notification that it seems hiccup , please refresh the page. Kindly ask you to help in this matter.

It’s lagging and freezing like hell, 1fps, I can’t use your app, it’s awful. I have iPhone 12, and everything else is running fine, but not your app.

When I try to write advance amount and push the submit button, the app says that minimum amount of payment is 10.00 THB but I put much more amount. I wrote different 500 and 500,00 and 500.00 make copy and paste but doesn’t work. In your support don’t understand that and repeat like robot. This is awful
