I can’t chat agent.. just auto computer.. not help me and don’t understand

Every time I log in this app makes me dismiss THREE sales popups before I can use it. Garbage.

The chat assistant is straight trash, I have a simple inquiry. It just links me to unrelated articles and topics. Post an easy to find phone number. This should be simple, you are a phone company. Everything on your app is cryptic and difficult, except paying you. Do better.

I have used the app for awhile on my mobile plan and never had any issues . Till I started internet service . Now having a very hard time figuring the app lol

I’ve had a notification stuck for weeks. I’ve contact AT&T and they can’t help me. I login through a computer. I don’t see any pending messages yet. My app still shows one notification it’s annoying and I can’t get rid of it. Why?

It’s impossible to find how much is owed on devices that you bought on a monthly plan with your AT&T phone, iPad, or other device. Seems like a deliberate decision to avoid transparency to customers.

Why the heck am I paying for a phone bill when it doesn’t even let me use my services. Full bars and I constantly lag on any videos I play. Constantly having to wait for the phone to load any message and take forever to play a game when I want to. Even when I have an up to date phone it still doesn’t want to work.

Disappointed that is all I can say. We live so close to the cell tower and I can’t get service 80% of the time. I have to hot spot on another device that is on Verizon. Shameful and disappointing

So slow and frustrating. Half of the time won’t load. Signs you out if you leave a page. Not many options available to manage your account online.

Semi useful but mostly just att just trying to sell you everything they offer.
