HealthKit is integrated into myCigna in order to serve the ability to customize your Find Care and Telehealth experience.

• Quickly view ID cards (front and back)
• Easily print, email, or share from your mobile device
Find Care
• Search for a doctor, dentist, pharmacy or health care facility, from Cigna's national network and compare quality-of-care ratings and costs
Claims
• View and search recent and past claims
Account Balances
• Access and view health fund balances
Pharmacy
• View and refill your prescriptions right from your mobile device
• Update billing and shipping preferences
Coverage
• View plan coverage and authorizations
• Review plan deductibles and maximums

App won’t open
Says something went wrong. I’ve done the update and still won’t open
Easy to navigate
The Cigna app is easy to use and comprehensive. I can review my claims, interface with wellness programs, schedule a virtual MD visit, review my benefits and much more. I find it very useful and informative. I really like it!
CANT CREATE A NEW PASSWORD
Keeps locking me out because the app does NOT remember my log in And will NOT allow me to create a new password, saying it’s unable to at this time FIX YOUR BROKEN APP
Chat should have paragraph breaks
8/12/24 M Using the chat feature is hard. A message can be sent as just one big lump. Keying return should insert a line/paragraph break for better organized writing.
Can’t log into app after last update.
I’m able to log on to the website without an issue, but the mobile app is telling me my login credentials are incorrect. Extremely frustrating. There is clearly something wrong with the app itself. My credentials are fine. Please fix this.
Ridiculous password requirements
Password requirements make it extremely difficult to create a password and have any hope of remembering it. Also, the screen can’t be rotated when looking at an EOB. Otherwise it’s okay.
Not helpful
I’ve downloaded the app and can’t see an id, benefits, nothing. Only shows links about stress, exercise and find a provider
Unwanted changes to policy - choosing a Pharmacy
Why is there a need to pick a pharmacy? What happens if one needs to move and there is no pre chosen pharmacy around? Also the way email this sent, it looks like it’s a new benefit when in reality it’s a major inconvenience
Cigna is the effin worst
The app is fine but Cigna is so crappy. #merica
