Whenever i open the app and goto communication section and try to click any app under it like gallery, the entire MCB application shuts down. I am not able to goto gallery and view any pics. There are no improvements done in the app for IOS users

Before the app update, attachments were being opened in Chrome, causing the app to close, which was frustrating. I had requested that attachments open in a webview within the app. However, now it's even more frustrating. We're forced to download attachments to either the gallery or files, and then navigate outside the app to access them. It's disappointing that the developers failed to consider how other apps handle attachments. 

Kudos to the QA team as well for approving this update without taking the end user experience into account. Additionally, notifications (class diary, announcements, attachments) remain marked as unread even after being opened, causing the unread count to constantly increase.
