Can’t change the language
There is no option to change the language on the settings. I change the region, but language is still English and there is no option to change it.

If wifi password changed - you need to remove and add machine again
This is unbelievable. 21c and i need to go look for info how to reconnect machine to my phone via app, and finally when i do find it - it says i need to remove machine and go though all the pairing process again. It so lame!!
Not working app
I tried to connect my fan with app, but every time I try, app can’t connect to wifi, issue is that app suggests turn on local network (witch is on) and not refreshing… waste of time

Not useful
Slick interface, but all fluff. Videos have no relevant information. Like what size drill bit for the mount. Mount is poorly designed and loose. I predict it will be falling off the wall in a month.

Won’t connect
Bought a Dyson air purifier and when I found out about the app was super excited but seems to be that I’m going in circles eying to connect to the thing. Seems like I’m not the only one. Bummer for the price the promise of connection.

Unable to Add my machine
I have been trying to add my new Animal 3 Complete Vac. I keep getting the same error : Verify your serial number. I used the phone camera to scan the number. I used online chat and was told that my just created account was locked. I do not understand this.
