I have these problems: it’s necessary to force restart the app for it to download the latest graph from the purifier; it takes from 5s to 10s to connect to the device (wifi is not the problem); it shows VOC as the dominant pollutant even when it’s zero (when all others are zero).

The app performs to control my Dyson HP07. Surprised there’s no control through watchOS yet. Shocked and infinitely disappointed that; the premium you pay for Dyson’s quality product, doesn’t allow you to control device via HomeKit/ Home app. Air quality viewing is ok, but I’m too dumb to remember what each thing means - the symbols like flower and car and beaker should be shown upfront and clearly alongside the name like on the actual device. More attention to detail in Home Screen such as outdoor conditions could make the viewing look more
premium (I would take a leaf out of apple’s weather app) Also the HP07 is misrepresented in colour render it looks white but my model is black.

Works fine on the iPhone. Easy to and control the device. 

However, the Apple Watch app keeps asking to Add Machine to the iPhone app. Have tried multiple times over the past month. Even updated to the latest version. Developers please fix this.

Super cool app. I use it every day and I love it. It is great to be able to switch on the heater from my phone while I am under the blankets trying to convince myself to get up. Also the timer function is great! The only issue is the survey in the app itself refuses to open for me. It’s a blank page. So I couldn’t give my positive feedback in the survey, lol.

This app is pathetic, never connects! Worst app ever, for a company who preaches quality this app is a absolute joke. Don’t even bother downloading this app, it will just ruin your experience! Thumbs down x 1000000 Dyson tell you to turn off the power for 10 mins, turn off wifi and restart, it’s a joke nothing works! Don’t download this app!!!! It will waste your valuable time!

Good app, easy to use and see all the graph details. I would love to see a shortcut of some sort on the control centre. And also an app for the Apple Watch would be really helpful.

The newest update completely removes the obvious button for accessing the data graphs. It appears to be completely gone. 

Several frustrated minutes later and an accidental swipe up in the app while trying to rage quit, and I see that it’s been hidden behind an undocumented swipe up on the page. 

There’s no visual indication that this is happening, and no UI hints to suggest it. This is a terrible new UX and needs to be addressed.

Updated after developer response: a single easily missed pop up should not be the only UI hint for hidden screens. There needs to be some sort of visual indication that swiping up or down reveals more information. Good UX trumps pretty, streamlined graphics, but they really can coexist if done correctly. This is not an example of that though.

Bought Dyson hot and cool two days ago an d downloaded this app.
My phone was paired with the machine but it would not go further. We tried with four different phones in three different places. 
Never worked. 
Googled why it is happening and it seems like there are lots of cases just like us. 
Frustrating and disppointing that we may not be able to use amazing features in the app. 
Checked routher, factory reset, deleted the app and re-download so on. We tried almost everything we can think of. 
If it does not work at the end, we may return the machine to where we bought. 
Please give us some advice.
