This might be the worst most horrible app, system, company ever. The app is almost useless, it won’t let you edit or do anything for your account, horrible layouts, confusing programming,just horrible

Crashes, hangs, provides essentially no guidance.

Doesn’t pair. No instructions

Just the worst signup process I have ever seen through an app. The most annoying bit is that it just isn’t needed.

I do not understand the bad reviews, the app is really not that bad! It allows me to change programs and manual overrides and I can see energy consumption. It might not have all the whistles and sugar candy that other apps have, but setup was straightforward and so far I’m happy with it.

Can’t turn the system on - or at least figure out how to turn it on remotely and habe had for 2 years now. Also, cannot get the clock aligned with my time pen once daylight savings time. This app needs a refresh and/or a complete re-write. This is not rocket-science, folks. Apps have gotten incredibly robust and this one seems to continually lag. Each winter I go into the App Store and am hoping there is an update, But NONE. This ultimately impacts the perception of your heating product /capability which I believe is otherwise decent. Candid advice, people are choosing radiant heat and they will strongly consider the rating of your mobile app in doing so because that is where the market is. UPDATE/ FIX/REWRITE The APP and watch your sales increase!!

It suddenly lost all my devices and won’t reconnect. The devices get as far as connecting to the WiFi but fail at adding to the app.

This app is the worst app I’ve ever used. It does not do 95% of what you tell it to. If I change a program, it says saved but does not change. If I change the temperature, it says saved but does not save. I adjust the fixed temperature to 80, it says saved but tells me target temperature 50. It does almost nothing it is supposed to other than change the picture on the thermostat. I’ve never had an issue with any other app. This is actually the first review I’ve ever written on an app after over ten years of having a smart phone. The lack of function this app provides, compelled me to write this horrible review on it. The app is free, but the thermostat I purchased was almost $300. This is absolutely disgusting. Do better.

I’m not sure if it’s the overall improved usability or the fact that I’ve mastered the app, but I now genuinely like it compared to the previous iteration.

App crashes whenever I try to change the schedule. Problem reported 4 months ago. Never fixed. No response to emails. Tried installing and reinstalling on two devices. Still doesn’t work.
