Myindici 2.0

The UI and app for the Myindici portal is genuinely just awful. Filled with many bugs, non-working features, etc. It’s really just a poorly made app. For example, the ‘Messages’ tab in my portal is currently broken. Contacting the support about this is useless, as they will forward a reply to my ‘Messages’ tab, which is illogical as I already mentioned the ‘Messages’ tab is broken and I cannot view any messages sent there. This is just basic logic and common sense, yet the Myindici staff seem to lack this basic level of logic. 1 star until they step up and do better.

STOP sending us messages if you disable the messaging function!!!

I used to use this on quite a regular basis but over the past 4️⃣ weeks it just won’t work. I’ve updated as requested & changed password but still in “Messages” the system has dropped off every thing from “My Practitioner” onwards. Local Medical Centre also appear stumped!

I have to keep restarting phone to log back into this app, it’s frustrating. The previous app had a smoother and more reliable interface.

Why has my Myindici stopped working?

I just updated to the latest version, the app crashes immediately after opening. Old version worked fine

Tried for over 45 minutes to locate the “book appointments section” looked at the guide twice and still couldn’t find it! Absolutely useless!!

I updated this app from the older version and now I can’t open it at all I’m not very happy. I regret updating this rubbish.
