Can’t even login. Brings up the login screen in Safari and I tap “email” and it doesn’t do anything. No bringing up the keyboard to type, no nothing. Same thing happens to me in Apple Health when I try to link my account to Apple Health.

The most basic requirement for getting labs drawn is having a written order from your doctor. There is no way to upload an order when you schedule your labs. It was a tremendous hassle to get the order my doctor sent me via email to Labcorp. There’s a simple solution: let the patient upload the order when they schedule in the app.

Missing test results.  Multiple “profiles” in the Labcorp system, and from various ordering doctors, means bloodwork orders constantly missing.  Leaves customer service reps confused and unsure how to fix.  We’ve tried ensuring mailing address is perfect. Didn’t work. App says things like “ your profile and make your notifications are enabled!“ But there’s nothing in the profile page that says anything like that.  Amateur hour app. Missing features. Web-based too, which is the ultimate in lazy. No excuse that Quests app is better than Labcorps.  Quest is a joke.
