The app doesn’t even open
I’m no longer able to log in to my account, I tried to have my password reset but I never receive an email allowing me to do so despite the site saying one has been sent. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of, I have sent them an email as there is no number publicly available it’s been a month and I’ve just sent a second email but I’m not holding my breath for anyone to get back to me.
I updated to the latest version of this app and now i cannot log in to it. I deleted and downloaded it again and still the same.
This app is impressively bad. Constant login issues, most of the functions don’t even register when you press ok. It’s like someone was trying to make the worst app possible, and that’s the only place where they succeeded. One of the few situations where 0 stars should be an option.
It only shows the last 3 transactions even if you adjust the dates. Just a really lazy execution.
Tried to create account when I got to the the section after I put in my card info Immediately I’m hit with an error that says email is in the wrong format when I didn’t put one in and couldn’t put it in I could put the information in the other areas just not email because of the error and the website wasn’t any better to just use atm
SHADY FINES, DELETES YOUR TRANSACTION HISTORY AFTER OVER $1,000 GOES “MISSING” WHAT TRANSACTION HISTORY IT IS SHOWING IS INCORRECTLY DATED
I entered all the required information to register my account but the email address field is grayed out and it says “Email is in wrong format”. I tap on the field and nothing happens… it is locked. I called the customer service number on the back of my card, and all I get is a bunch of menu options that don’t address my concern, and there is no option to speak with a human.
