Every recent update causes the app to report that my solar is not producing power, yet my physical meter says otherwise.

Use app everyday. I review daily output.

Works as promised!

I am enjoying the app. Works well with the new IOS operating system.

Used to work before last update. Now my account doesn’t work. Can’t log in, even after resetting password. Created new account and it wont connect to my solar. No idea if my solar is working. They no longer provide support. App is as good as the company.

After the latest app update, I can no longer log in to my SunPower account, and there seems to be no way to get help. This is incredibly frustrating, and the lack of support is disappointing. Can someone assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?

I get about 4 emails every day saying that my account has been transferred to a new company. Every single day since August. Yes, we all know that your company went bankrupt because you have terrible management. STOP SPAMMING PEOPLE.
