This app has the worst scanning performance I’ve ever seen in my life. I had to stay still to can the front of my id card for 5mins multiple times and it was still stuck at about 50%, couldn’t it simply have been an id card image verification instead? Such a useless feature to implement.

Everytime I do the Spin & Win or Guess & Win or Shake & Win, my points are not added. Just now, I won 1500 points from Spin & Win and my points increased by just 500. I did the Shake & Win and got 2000 points but nothing was added to my balance. This is very frustrating. PLEASE FIX.

Please fix the bug where every now and then i open myt money to be surprised that i have to re insert all my details and bank accounts and proof to increase limit!!! Its very annoying to find the need to do this every few weeks and if i miss it by not opening the app thereby missing to pay my bills. Fix this nonsense

The app resets itself for no reason a few times per month. Problem has been reported several times to MyT Money customer support. Nothing has been done to resolve this frustrating issue. Would rather look forward to alternative apps such as Blink in the future.

I’ve disabled notifications for this app, yet every time I open it, I’m prompted to turn them back on. This is incredibly annoying - if I wanted notifications on, I’d enable them myself. Please respect user preferences.  

Even though I’ve granted camera access in settings, the app keeps asking for permission every time I try to scan something. This shouldn’t happen - once permission is given, it should stay granted unless I revoke it.  

These issues make the app feel intrusive and unreliable. Fixing them would greatly improve the user experience.

### ***-- "Great Potential, but Scanning Needs Work"
The app is well-designed and promises a seamless experience for NID scanning, but I encountered persistent issues with the scanning feature. Despite aligning my Mauritius National ID card perfectly within the box, the app often gets stuck or fails to process the front side.  

Suggestions for Improvement:  

1. Better Image Recognition:
The app should handle minor alignment issues or glare more gracefully.  

2. Real-Time Feedback:
Add prompts (e.g., "Move closer" or "Reduce glare") to guide users during scanning.  

3. Manual Override:
Allow manual entry if scanning fails after multiple attempts.  

The concept is solid, but fixing these scanning hurdles would make it a 5-star tool.
