MyUS Global Shipping App

For an unspecified reason, I'm experiencing login issues with the app. While I'm certain of my credentials being accurate (as they work in the browser), the app consistently prompts the following error: "MyUS encountered an error when attempting to login."

One of the worst shipping company on the world . SCAMMERS they just charge ur card for any amount of money the want and the provide terrible customer service . You loose ur money with HORRIBLE Services. Don’t use it DON’T use the service AT ALl.!!!!!!!

Before I purchase from UK, their shipping calculator was showing only 20$ from UK to UAE. After they got the item, they gave me 64$ shipping fee with 2% discount. 53$. Im their advertosement, they were offering 3 times cheaper delivery service to UAE from UK or USA. They are 3 times more expensive in reality. They just advertised a lie. Be careful before using their service. Even in the whatsapp live chat, they take minimum of 1hr 30 minutes to reply your message. To get email back, you should wait at least 2 days. One of the worst service!!!

The App is ok, but the service of MuUS is very bad

The app is Trash, literally. Its always freezing and its not useful at all! I always end up using the website because the app is Trash.

The app is ok, BUT there’s a persistent issue with how certain screens are displayed on iPhone SE. it’s cut-off. Can you pls check that out.

Was once a good shipping forwarder Recently I have been always consistently frustrated by the delays and exaggerated shipping costs sometimes ... I ship weekly by the way since a few years so not a one off experience

The app do not have the information regarding the tracking number of the package in the suite and where there are no images, I cannot identify which item arrived. I also could not see the total value of all the packages I have on my suite. So I had to go back to the web to check what exactly came and how much it all amounts to. These are important to me since there will be cases where I need to enter the value of the item that came. And in the case of the total value, I need it to know it before arranging shipping.

The worst company ever they lost my shipment from 10/5 and when i send emails nobody answer me even the carrier sent me the proof of delivery and when i chat they cut chatting i want my refund i don’t want the parcel anymore i bought the dress for special occasion now i can’t wear it i have to look for another one After two weeks they found my shipment but i don’t want any more i told them to return it to the merchant but they lost my shipment and i gave them a label to return the shipment but until now i don’t know where’s the shipment today is the third of July

This company scammed me deducted 325$ from my credit card for a shipment of 13 pounds. They dont answer whatsapp messages, you cant call them and their live chat keeps you waiting for hours
