This app charges you without you know it, cancellation charges that don’t show up on your bill and customer service has no idea what’s happening either. Terrible app. Why do you pay before you rent the car? Makes 0 cents to me then you end up with credit on your account if you don’t use the full purchase you made and then you’ll consider yourself lucky if you can get it back to your account. Trash

There is no customer service at all. They never pick up the phone. Thanks for keeping me waiting for hours on the line.

I felt so disrespected by their customer service unwilling to provide any kind of support. Henriette called with me twice and was so rude. This is my first time leaving a review for any app ever. When the charging port does not work and the app tells you to return, then just do not do that ever. If you pay to go open the car and it still doesn’t work, there won’t be any support possible. Save the trouble and pay the fine. Henriette was unable to tell me exactly what the fine was as a customer service agent. If there is something wrong with the charging station itself, you have to call the charging port company on your own, basically doing their job for them. Unless the car is fully charged the whole business model just doesn’t work. They could really spare the blame on people trying to use electric vehicles for the first time and actually help them when they call.

I keep getting logged out, very annoying. But now I even cannot log in anymore, it gets stuck at applying the sms verification code. It’s also still quite expensive and they don’t present their prices with or without fixed pay clearly.

De auto moet terug in zijn eerste parkeer plek dit is schandalig terwijl ze hebben overal parkeerplaatsen.
