It’s all pointless fluff from the Public Relations department not the scientists and engineers doing things. For example: I can’t find any information on the Crew 8 mission. Even searching on Crew 8 returns nothing relevant. What is going on?  Shouldn’t they be back by now?  What’s the point of having an Ap if you can’t keep up with one of your more important missions?

When I found this app I gasped and said “ZOMG!!1!” I can’t believe y’all made a app. I love space and know about the challenger, the Apollo 11, the ISS, the Hobble, and more on. And also I LOVE the 3d model viewer so we can see the spaceships and rovers you send out, I just got this and I’m already loving it!1!1!1 ^^

I was looking for a replay of the Boeing Starliner press conference from 8/24 but cannot find it on the Apple TV app. In general, I cannot easily search for anything on the newer version of the app. I would prefer the pre-NASA+ app, this new one is very difficult to use AFAIAC. I love NASA, but I really dislike this reimagined app. I should add that I also couldn’t find a replay of the starliner update on the NASA YouTube channel by looking at the NASA channel, but a search for Boeing starliner did finally find it. One should also be able to search for news in reverse chronological order.

Not thrilled with this new redesign as we’ve lost access to the live NASA TV channel. Hulu, and many others are going to stop broadcasting on Aug 28, so the only way to watch NASA TV on the Apple TV is to use YouTube. Why is NASA intent on making it harder to get content? Given all the issues, especially with the disaster Boeing Starliner, you’d think they want to get as much good publicity out there of all the things that they’ve done well. Absolutely so frustrating. Horrible user experience.

Use to love playing images and listening to Third Rock radio but haven’t been able to hear anything for almost a year now. We have two Apple TV’s and both will not play Third Rock radio. It’s unfortunate that there isn’t a better way to notify of this issue. I understand that many developers / businesses can’t economically work through the quantity of misused submissions through a feedback system; unfortunate that honest actionable feedback is hard to leave. Hope you see this NASA App developer's.
