Reading the scripture with this app really gives a more in depth view on what the verses say. It helps that someone has gone through and did so much research ahead of writing. It helps me with my in depth Bible studies and really helps me to have a deeper understanding of what God wants us to see when we read His word.

I love having the MacArthur Study Bible so handy on my phone. I can easily move through the scriptures with ease. Makes being close to Jesus when reading his word so easy anywhere I need to be. Let’s me have fun with the creator reading his word. It’s wonderful!

For sure the most well thought out Bible study app I’ve come across. The fact that it can auto sync the commentary to where you’re currently reading and easily toggle between the two is worth the money alone. I was willing to pay for MacArthur’s commentary in e-format, but the functionality being top top is a pleasant surprise. Most Bible apps are clunky and a pain to use.
Maybe I’m being petty. But I struggle with navigation sometimes. For example, I’m trying to remember how to get to Bibles side-by-side. I have accomplished it twice and somehow it either disappeared or in advertently, turned it off both times. I have gone through every possible scenario that I can think of and I cannot find it again after searching and searching. Maybe it’s age related and my memory is failing me. The app itself as wonderful as expected. The detailed and never ending content and teachings are every bit the same as the many Sermons that I enjoy from Pastor MacArthur. I recommended very highly to anyone looking to game substantial knowledge of God’s word.
