Easy for my Board
The Boardvantage app and system were very easy for me to learn for my board.
Fantastic Tool, Best I Have Worked With
Fantastic application and great tool. Have worked with many of these across different Boards and Boardvantage is the best performing and easiest to use by far
Horrible product
Have to password reset every use.
Awful App if this was 2017. In 2021 it is dreadful
Where to begin: - unreliable. I have ended not trusting what I see on the app and going to the webapp to check if content has been uploaded. Documents that refresh on web do not refresh on app - annotation feels like I am using Microsoft Paint 15 years ago - clunky. UI is horrible
Constantly kicks you out and hard to get in
I have to add at least an hour to every session to have time to contact customer service for help. Impossible!
Work well with the new app
I am a new Boardvantage user. It works smoothly for doc management.
Zero Stars
Regularly throws you out of the app. Then you have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get back in. No one has time for this. And then you can’t post a review because it forces you to provide a nickname and then tells you they all are taken. Seriously, NASDAQ, this is bad.
Does not work well on iPad
Constantly throws you out of the program if you scroll too fast (and it doesn’t have to be fast).
Can’t see icons on top and bottom
I cannot see the icons on the top and bottom of the screen. There are just black bars and we have to guess how to navigate the app. This app has an awful UI that is unacceptably difficult to use.
