And the sign in is glitchy and doesn’t always work. An online subscription should be seamless and it was before the App was updated. There IT department is even worse than the app and it is no wonder the app is so terrible. I have notified their IT department and get the same ridiculous recommendation of re installing the app but without any significant benefit. I guess their editorial department never gets to read the e-paper to experience frustrations of their readership or possibly they can’t be bothered, and maybe they prefer to read their competitors as their apps are more reliable.
