I just sat here for 30 minutes after buying the game excited to play the my career just for the app not to work on the face scan no matter what I tried deleted it re-downloaded it restarted my phone put my face right under a light got away from the light. It really did not matter what I did. It would not scare my face really kinda just ruined the whole first day experience for 2k27.

I know this isn’t 2k27 the game but close enough. Why does the game look like I’m playing on a ps2 I think I can play a better looking and feeling game  on my ps3. You totally downgraded 2k26 was perfect graphics and all. The only thing needing fixed was contests, ai defense, and the dunk meter it should start small than grow makes more sense that way. Then you bring out a garbage game that is terrible the graphics suck it feels like I’m moving in slow motion just everything is bad

No matter what I do to try and sign in with xbox account, it just brings me back to sign in screen. I tried microsoft authenticator 3 times, code sent to phone, email, and typed in password, no matter what, it just goes back to the log in screen.

UPDATE:
They fixed the issue and the app is working perfect now. The face scan is much faster at capturing your face. The player builder dope af. Being able create builds when I’m not at home and upload the build when I return home was a nice addition to their mobile app. Charging my rating from 1 star to 3, although the app works great, there’s not much else to the app besides the daily log in reward. AnyWho; the MyPlayer builder makes it worth downloading the app.
