Timing options should be available at the start. My mani’s have been booked hours before my Pedi’s and this has been a continuous problem with the app. I have to call before each appointment to confirm treatments at the same time and every time they tell me they’re separate. And the call centre argues that the app is great and nothing is wrong. No point in the app, just call and book. Also if you want to book multiple treatments under one section (ie gel removal AND repair) you can’t. You have to book one then go back and book the next.
