Je ne comprends pas que vous ne comprenez pas. En 2024, c’est TOTALEMENT INADMISSIBLE qu’une version iPad s’affiche juste en portrait. Je ne comprends pas dans quel monde vous vivez. Plus frustrant ce matin, je veux faire un retrait, faut que j’appelle parce que « mon compte bancaire » doit être ajouté et lié à mon CELI, mais il est déjà lié à mon compte comptant CDBN. Ca fait une heure que j’attends. Je peux comprendre qu’il y a une forte demande. Ce que je ne m’explique pas, c’est que pour une opération aussi simple je doive appeler. Vous allez me parler de sécurité, exiger donc une double step authentification pour ajouter un compte. Je vous mets au défi d’utiliser des plateformes comme Wealthsimple qui permette d’ouvrir un CELI en 3 min et posez vous la question à savoir si vous êtes fier de votre application. L’année prochaine tout sera transféré en ce qui me concerne. Je ne peux pas passer ma vie au téléphone ou vivre des déploiement de nouvel appli en grande pompe comme si les problèmes des bases avaient été réglé !
