the app is nice, not the most user friendly, for example there’s a notification button that you cannot access, the ads disappear after a few seconds (like stories) for some reason and the app is down way too often than it should be especially for a banking app.

After the economic crisis that Lebanon has faced in the past couple of years, it was a must to have an innovative and smart banking solution in our market like NEO.
NEO has crashed the Lebanese banking sector by providing great solutions and easy to navigate online banking system. Every single function has been greatly designed and executed. To elevate the experience even more and to take it to another level, I would suggest adding the following 2 services:
1- multi currency accounts: having the privilege to open accounts in other currencies like Euro or GBP, and to have the option of exchanging on live forex rates like USD to EURO or USD to GBP.
2- Adding apple and google pay.

As a summary, great work and solutions. Some adds up could spice up the experience.

They released a new Cedar Miles credit card for $100 PER YEAR?! 😂What a complete JOKE! you need to spend $100,000 just to get a $300 ticket 
And its loaded with fees? Are they serious?!

Instead of wasting time on this nonsense, they should’ve just made a Platinum Mastercard and charged $10–$12 per year, like others do. It would’ve been the best service out there and crushed the competition I SWEAR! 

But no, they had to go for this ridiculous money grab. Unbelievable!🤦‍♂️

### ***-- "Great App, But SWIFT Transfer Details Need Improvement"
The application has strong features, but when it comes to SWIFT transfers, the details provided after completing a transaction are insufficient for sharing as proof of transfer with the beneficiary. Additionally, even if we try to extract this information from the bank statement, there is no option to filter by transaction type or name, so only limited information is displayed alongside other transactions made on the same day if we filter by date. The email received also does not include enough detail. We need a way to generate or receive a SWIFT advice based on a standard format (structure of MT103) that includes details, allowing the beneficiary to follow up with their bank effectively. This is a common practise done usually by all international banks.

The app supposedly doesn’t collect data. 1 of the first things requested to complete registration is your ID or passport photo. There is no mention whatsoever of destruction of said data after being used for verification.

Tapping on privacy policy on the app store takes the user to a non-secure web address with warnings from the browser. 
When accessing the proper privacy policy from their website, all kinds of data is mentioned to be collected.

How this app made it through Apple’s review guidelines boggles the mind.

This would help teenagers a ton since this would be a new concept in Lebanon, it can be controlled by parents that already have a bank Audi account or neo account it can be topped up by them, would be useful is for example they needed to split a bill at a restaurant, or just incase they don’t have enough money in any scenario.
