The free trial of the app was great. The convenience appeared to be worth paying the $45 annual subscription fee, so I signed up and paid it. Now, I totally regret it. Every time I try to go into the app and access the code, I am told that the trial period is over and I need to subscribe. I did this already and have a receipt from Apple to confirm it. I tried contacting IEEE, but I was told they are not providing technical support for the app. However, the link to the app is still on the IEEE publication website and they still collect subscription fees. This is supposed to be an app for engineering professionals offered by a respected engineering organization.
