I just added a new address under someone else’s name. When I called the call centre to change the wrong delivery address, I learned that my whole account is now under that name. As an example, you may have a situation in express home delivery to a secure apartment where the only way to get access to the customer’s apartment is by pressing the intercom buzzer. But what if the customer is an aged disabled person with impaired hearing and can’t immediately hear the buzzer? The delivery person who gets no response may assume the customer is not home and therefore fails to make the express delivery. This could be avoided by having a field in the app in which the customer can advise of an alternative if ‘no answer’ on arrival. I order the original Chiaro pods and no matter who I make one of my ‘special’ coffees for, I always get positive comments about how enjoyable the coffee is. I don’t like a strong flavour so my choice of a milder brew suits me perfectly. Please check your network connectivity and try again in a few moments. Retry” Obviously I’d love to continue using the app but at this time it appears impossible and I’m not too sure what else to try. Update: it was just my VPN. I contacted Nespresso for assistance. As it was a machine fault and was still under warranty they offered to replace it. From the staff at the contact centre to the processing and replacement.
