 • Găsiți aparatul potrivit pentru dvs. și accesorii exclusive pentru a vă completa colțul de cafea acasă 

 • Fii la curent cu cele mai recente cafele Nespresso Limited Edition
 • Descoperiți cele mai apropiate puncte de interes Nespresso în locatorul de magazine (Boticuri Nespresso, magazine de vânzare cu amănuntul care vând aparate de cafea Nespresso și puncte de reciclare a capsulelor de cafea)

I’ve been using their app for the past 3 years and I’m quite happy with it. It does crash from time to time, but it sends notifications about the status of my machine in real time, which is very helpful. One thing I would recommend adding is a feature where you can “favorite” a capsule or product, so that it would be easier to find when you want to order again.

The app looks nice ish , however the buying process is cumbersome, sometimes the selected values are not synchronized with the cart. Moreover,the mobile app cart is not synchronized with the web browser app.
And lastly, even if you manage to select what you want to buy, the actual process of buying the coffee doesn’t work … and this hasn’t been fixed for months.

Let it be clear from the beginning: the coffee and the machines are OK, but the application is embarrassing. I can't believe that a company the size of Nespresso supports such a bad application with so many bugs. Someone in management should simulate creating an account and placing an order to realize how determined you need to be to place an order.
