Netmeds have the worst customer care service ever. Firstly they will make you wait for so much time to talk to their executives and even after waiting then they hung up the call saying we have customer service till 9pm only. You shouldn’t make customer wait for so much time if you are not going to attain them.

I have consult my nearest doctor he is mbbs but he is working his job in chc hospital he doesnt have his on clinic he give me medicenes for infection but when i check a prescption rule in netmeds i will got shoked they said where is doctor name clinic name because my doctor is working in hospital he doesnt have his on hospital when i call netmeds custumer care they said we dont give you medicenes wherw is your clinic name doctor name thats it

I added eye drops to the cart but didn’t place the order . Without my permission or any intimation, they proceeded with the order themselves. What i mean is, they ordered my cart items without my knowledge. To make things worse, they modified the order and reduced the quantity without notifying me. This is completely unprofessional and unethical. I expect a platform handling health-related products to maintain higher standard of customer communication and transparency.

### *---- "Unreliable Service and Poor Communication from NetMeds"
I placed an order through NetMeds as part of their first package, but the experience has been incredibly disappointing. It’s been three days since the delivery date passed, and I still haven’t received my order. Despite following up multiple times, I’ve only been given incorrect or misleading information during this period.

What’s worse is the lack of transparency. If they had simply informed me from the beginning about the delay and the reason behind it, I could have made alternative arrangements to get the medicines elsewhere. Instead, I was kept waiting without any clarity. This delay has caused serious inconvenience, as the medicines were for my mother, and now she is left without them.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as important as healthcare. NetMeds needs to work on improving their communication and reliability if they want customers to trust them. I regret choosing their service.
