What to learn life lessons?
All athletes and parents should be using Neurofuel because it has areas that an athlete can use to grow there game mentally and use as life lessons (mindfulness, goal setting, confidence, handling fear and much more). Finally it is short 3.5 minutes in the morning and 3.5 in the evening.
Highly Recommend
This app does a great job incorporating all the various mental training skills - meditation, visualization, self-talk, confidence, etc. highly recommend to any athlete who is working towards bettering themself and their mental game!!
Sport specific
Like this because it’s sport specific and can be used by teams - group pricing makes it affordable too
Not working!
Cool app ! so bought the one month and i cannot use it . The app wont the content after purchasing it just sits there asking me to pick a plan
