When I try to activate the app with the ussd code,there is no option to activate on iOS. So disappointed

The new looks smart easy to navigate but the level of operation delay is killing its efficiency I think the older one was better I have lost more money in few days due to delay that makes me do double payments or transfer

Its very slow transacting money from the bank to the mpesa can take almost 30 minutes. Logging in the account also takes time. I really dont reccomend this new app at all. The last app was quite useful and good

At first when the app was released, it worked seamlessly. However from around Mid October, slow performance, transaction failures and technical issues don’t seem to end.

The app is very slow and sometimes would deduct double the amount if you’re not keen when doing a single transaction When sending a payment it’ll be deducted from your account but would take almost 30 mins to get to the receiver

I had an issue with a previous phone so i had to replace it only to find out the app rejects my access to my account since it was “already registered to another phone”. Now the app requires me to physically visit my bank branch so fix this. Whats the point of the mobile app if it still inconviences me and doesn’t actually prove of its mobility.

App doesn’t work with iOS 26

Account opening on the app is still under processing. Digital onboarding does not seem to work.

Make the bank to till number direct payments work!! This would be the best ever app

After putting in a password the whole screen becomes white nothing is visible
