Whenever I come across a really good flow of actions, whether a workout, a stretching regimen, or a morning routine, I like to draw it out in my journal. But it's always been hard to make it a habit, because I'd have to go find my journal and turn through pages and break my flow in order to refer back every few steps. NewDay changed everything. Programming flows within NewDay enabled me to turn any activity into dynamic, voice-narrated flows that I can activate with a single tap. My habits weren't very sticky originally because they weren't properly timebound (do I foam roll for 1 minute? 3? 10?), but on NewDay they now can have fixed times, so it's easier to predict how long everything will take and it now fits in my day to day schedule!
