This app is such trash. Trying to go from horizontal view to vertical view is such a pain. The PIP screen freezes, goes back into the app, you have to then try to find the expand button to go vertical viewing. Literally no other app is designed this way. Then the QR codes to verify your account on a TV don’t work consistently. And why can’t we just watch the games we want without paying $800/season. Almost every week I have to uninstall and reinstall and login again because the location services will somehow be disabled. On iPhone there is not an option to allow NFL app to access your location. This is unacceptable from a company worth billions of dollars. This year, both apps lasted most of the year but now the mobile app refuses to work unless I allow location services… but here’s the problem. The app doesn’t ask to use location services!! It’s clear the NFL doesn’t have actual technical people to build the app and what’s even worse is they don’t have actual customer service. They use a bot that asks questions that have nothing to do with the issue and then say “you’ll receive an email.” Guess what… no email sent.
