I had been regularly booking appointment through this app. Everytime appointment had to be completed by whatsapp video call via care manager’s number. 
The app’s video calling doesnt work at all instead of camera permissions ON in iphone for this app. Its reported multiple times but never works.

Today I was planning to take my father to Narayana Institute of Cardiac Sciences for a heart issue. I booked via the app and got Dr Devi Shetty’s appointment! However, when we reached there, the receptionist on Ground floor asked us to go to basement. The receptionist there asked us to go back to ground floor and get a medical records file, we did and she then asked us to book another cardiologist. We tried but it didn’t let us book two simultaneous appointments. We got the Devi Shetty appointment cancelled from Reception and asked to book a cardiologist, the Reception lady told us to go to the kiosks, we booked and paid for 12:10 slot but the doctor’s receptionist told us he’ll only see us after 2:30. We hung around and finally at 2, she says the doctor hasn’t come in today and we should try to switch to another doctor from Reception. Reception tells us to go to kiosk, same doctor(s) who have not come in today have open slots on kiosk, we ask Reception again to help and THEY PICK UP A PHONE RANDOMLY AND IGNORE US. After getting no answers and no help from anyone, we go to the Cash counter and ask for a refund, which they (thankfully) agree too. Spent more than 1K ON A TRIP TO THE GREAT DEVI SHETTY’S HOSPITAL.
If I wanted to be treated like this, I COULD HAVE GONE TO ANY GOVT HOSPITAL FOR A FRACTION OF THE PRICE!

For starter, you won’t be able to update your own information. The way the provide reports is worst, you won’t get the report you click for. There are hundreds of test created for the app ones you have taken and you won’t be able to know which is which. There will be hundreds of things left in your cart bill which you haven’t added or wont be able to remove which they have added. The hospital is just worst, they charge twice and give membership saying you’ll get discounts and all but it just waste, the charge you twice because of which you need to get membership.

I had a terrible experience with the staff at Narayan Clinic, HSR. My sister had a severe infection, and I visited the clinic on Monday for some blood tests. The reports were supposed to be reviewed on Tuesday, so I returned for a follow-up. Given the seriousness of her condition, I requested the staff to allow me to quickly show the reports to the doctor, as it would take only a couple of minutes. However, despite already waiting for 30 minutes, they insisted I wait for another two hours. My sister’s health was deteriorating, so I had no choice but to leave and take her to the emergency ward at Narayan Hospital.  

There, a nurse asked about the issue, and when I explained, he dismissively said that there were patients with strokes and accidents who were in more critical condition. What kind of response is that? My sister’s CRP level was 268, dangerously high—anything could have happened if I hadn’t acted quickly. I was in tears, feeling helpless, and had to rush to a different hospital. She is still undergoing treatment.  

I sincerely urge the Narayan Health staff to be more empathetic toward patients. If you cannot show basic compassion in such critical situations, you should reconsider working in healthcare.
