The NHF app (formerly Quick Prescript) enables easy submission of prescriptions to Drug Serv pharmacies and locations for convenient pickup.

It also provides users with seamless access to the benefits and features of the NHF Card, including:

- Searching for covered medications, screening tests, and other benefits
- Viewing available subsidies
- Downloading NHF Card application forms
- Locating NHF Card pharmacies and screening providers
- Finding locations to apply for the NHF Card
- Requesting free glucometers
- Chatting with customer service
- Requesting information and submitting feedback

Every time I send in my prescription, when I check it back, it’s cancelled. I use to be able to do chats to find out why and they would say the images are not clear. Which I honestly don’t understand and I think it’s an error on their end. Because I make sure take the pictures very clearly and send it. It’s very frustrating. The other day I sent in one and they told me that the prescriptionS are ready to pick up and when I reached they only had 1 out of 3. I just left.
