The basic functionality works perfectly and it’s nice to be able to choose the person to coach you through the session. But there’s just far far far too much talking. They don’t shut up. I find myself spending half the run angry that they won’t stop talking. It also means that while you technically can listen to music or a podcast when running, in practice it’s unusable because whatever you are listening to is interrupted every minute with repetitive and pointless advice and “encouragement”.
This app has been the only motivation to get me into running. In January I couldn’t even run for 2 minutes without stopping, now I have completed couch to 5k and have done my first 5k non stop run and it felt amazing!
This app really works.. and I’m a fatty!
I have never been able to run and attempted this after chatting to my friends daughter who assured me it was possible . I graduated today , I’m 53 and delighted with my progress , it’s split into achievable segments that do push you but are manageable . Great app go for it, I went from loathing Jo Whiley to really liking her and the half way bell is my favourite sound . Thanks
This App is simply AMAZING! I’m in remission from Breast Cancer, that’s put me into early menopause, and now been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I’m 43 but felt like 73! This app has helped direct me, drive me and gave me back my life! I’ve done everything that’s been recommended and yes there were a few runs I had to repeat as I couldn’t quite complete them, but I done it. ✅ Do yourself a favour, download this app and let them help you. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s EASILY! But with the help of this app I can now run 5k in 30min. It’s working, I feel fitter than ever and I’m 58 years old. If I can do this anyone can!
I am 57 and when the GP told me I had to change my lifestyle or there would be serious consequences to my health I didn’t know where to start. I came across this app and I thought “no not me too old for running”. Nine weeks later I run for 30 mins. This program not only improved my health but my confidence. My son has started it as well and I have seen the same growth in confidence and wellbeing that I have experienced. I highly recommended it.
After the first run I hated it and thought I was going to die of a heart attack, by the end I feel fitter, healthier and happier. Would recommend
