Regardez les applications de vos concurrents, tous les services bancaires en ligne modernes ont des designs élégants et fonctionnels. Le vôtre donne l’impression qu’il a été conçu par un étudiant avec seulement un mois pour finaliser le projet. C’est non seulement laid, mais aussi peu fonctionnel et mal réalisé. Engagez une équipe de professionnels et créez enfin une application digne de ce nom, c’est une honte pour une banque.

Можете даже не заказывать себе карту. Без объяснения причин, при наличии всех документов, отключили аккаунт через сутки. Предполагаю из за красного паспорта. Про возврат денег со счета посылают с фэйсбука на почту с почты на фэйсбук. Просто кормим корпорацию сейчас по 25€ каждый. И да, никакого английского языка в приложении

On a acheté la carte Nickel. On ne m’a pas envoyé le premier pin code. Personne ne réagit à mes demandes! Alors, j’ai la carte que je ne peux pas utiliser. C’est inadmissible!!! Le soutien des clients n’existe pas du tout! Ils prennent de l’argent mais ne font rien ! Soyez prudents!

The app says it supports different languages, including English, the settings for the app say English is the preferred language, but no matter what language you choose YOU CANNOT CHANGE IT!!! 🤬 Developers, WHY does it say it has English language if I can’t set it?!?!? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!!

Nickel blocked my card after 10 days because I didn’t have tax residence in Portugal yet. If I knew that it’s important I wouldn’t pay for card. Not transparent conditions. If you need a statement- you have to wait 7th of month. Why I can’t do it anytime? Nickel don’t move money on weekends, holidays - in 2022 it’s impossible! App and customer support is only in Portuguese, not English. Come on, Portugal is full of digital nomads who use local services. And the last thing that made me crazy - I couldn’t move my money to another bank account for e week after block - they too relaxed for customers who live fast and prefer modern services.

We cannot withdraw money from the card, put money on the card. We can not pay for any purchases, not on the Internet, not in stores, NOTHING CAN BE! We bought once a can of Coca-Cola in a store using this card, these are all its possibilities! My friends have the same experience with this bank.
