I have lost all of my runs in the past 3 weeks and I’m on the latest version. The Strava sync doesn’t work on run completion and on next app launch I’m logged out with the latest run data missing, beyond frustrated with the NRC at this point. I’m only using it for the guided runs. Fix your app dear lord
I started my first run yesterday and just did my second one. I’m not impressed at all with this app. It didn’t record my pace nor my distance. Meanwhile my Apple Watch recorded everything. It’s too bad because I really enjoyed listening to coach Bennett! He’s great but so far my experience with the app is horrible. It’s too bad!
Has and keeps all the info you need to know about your walk/ run so that you can see your progress
The app does not properly track distance. I will run 3+km and the app will say I have run less than 0.10km. I have tried all of the recommended troubleshooting methods and nothing works. I have even deleted and remade my account and deleted and reinstalled the app.
It would be nice if we could see the runs of our friends too! Otherwise, great app !!!
There are a couple of bugs such as stop the run in the middle of it but sometimes a do feel like you should be able to select a plan baised on you goal please add this.
I’ve been using this app for over ten years with few issues. Lately the app has not been synching with the NRC app on my Apple Watch. Tried removing the app, restarting both the phone and watch and am still losing runs.
I have never seen an app have bugs this bad for this long. Spotify does not work with guided runs. The watch app disconnects every other run it’s frankly an awful experience to have mid run. Y’all need to fix this.
I love all the features about this app! The tracking, the music integration, the cheering… The ability to track by time vs distance. I haven’t been able to view heart rate on the watch face though. Don’t know if it’s just too small or if it’s missing. Huge issue I faced… In the middle of a few runs and even one race, the app paused itself (even though I turned auto pause off) and then in some cases, it also paused and ended my workout with no option to reopen it and continue! I had to start a new activity. It really messed up my stats and impacted my activity monthly challenge. This was very frustrating.
Moi qui commençait totalement en course, mon expérience a été complètement transfigurée par l’accompagnement pertinent de l’application, j’ai pu profiter des enseignement des coach et apprendre à m’entraîner correctement pour que l’expérience de course Soit vraiment bonne pour ma santé et un véritable plaisir. Je suis épaté de voir à quel point j’ai du plaisir à courir grâce à l’application.
