Booking ticket from this app is really a headache and frustrating thing. Firstly this app never gets clicked on one time for quick booking and book ticket app. Secondly if someone doesnt uses the app for 10 days dont know the quick booking and book ticket option never ever works. The user has to logout and re login in the application to book a ticket. Really a irritating and frustrating thing. Please take some lesson from dmrc and upgrade your app accordingly.

Pathetic app payment deducted twice but no ticket in booked showing in app. No customer support what is the point of making an app.
