I had to reinstall the app since the voice note audio moved entirely to my earpiece and not my speaker and there was no way to change the output to my phone speaker. After reinstalling, I lost all chats and data from the app which is quite frustrating. Voice notes can’t be fast forwarded or played from the middle or saved. During video call, the background voice is terrible for the parent. Even worse for the kid because when they are out, they can’t hear the parents speak since watch speaker is poor. -- rjkmrdesai, 2026-10-11 ### *---- "Notification of message. No message found" Bugs in receiving messages -- Ajay0429, 2026-10-07 ### ***-- "Watch notifications" Watch notifications should be latest first/ top. When new messages arrives should be on top. currently it is older on top, it should be newer on top -- ktbhangale, 2026-09-29 ### **--- "Message doesn’t get opened in the app" Voice calling and video calling features are ok (there’s delay but works fine), but messaging feature has a bug. When a message is sent from the watch to the phone, it shows notification, but doesn’t get opened. We can only see / hear the message when app is open in the phone. Otherwise it doesn’t show the message even if we tap on the notification. -- L121&, 2026-09-16 ### *---- "Not working" In apple phone this is not even opening -- Varunsharma007, 2026-09-12 ### *---- "Major bugs - app and watch unusable" The app does not refresh voice messages and stickers if the app is not open. It receives a notification but does not sync voice message or sticker message. It only shows if I keep the app open. ios version 26.6.1 It makes the watch unusable since I am not able to receive any messages from my kid. Please support asap. -- Crazy_Explorer, 2026-09-12 ### **--- "Not able to connect watch with parent mobile" Watch is not connecting with the app installed in parent mobile as it doesnt show connection option in the app -- M @ r y, 2026-09-09 ### *---- "Pathetic app and interface" When call is attempted there is no call pad option comes up to reply with press key option. -- Dhanush100, 2026-09-02 ### *---- "Unable to see messages from kid" Always have to logout and login again to check the messages.. voice messages sent by my kid are not showing up.. only notification is displayed when trying to access it there will be no message.. we cannot use this in emergency cases .. waste of money.. -- htidhen, 2026-09-01 ### *---- "Location accuracy is very low.
